The Role
We’re looking for a social-first video creator who knows how to turn ideas into engagement. You’ll be the creative mind behind Truffle’s short-form video presence—on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts—helping us build a brand that’s as fun and smart as the product itself.
If you love fast-paced storytelling, can explain things simply (and beautifully), and aren’t afraid to film something in one take just to test a hunch, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping short-form video content for all major social platforms
- Translate Truffle’s voice and value into content that actually gets watched (and shared)
- Create behind-the-scenes, customer story, explainer, and founder-led videos
- Jump on trends selectively—when they’re actually relevant (no bandwagons here)
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to shape narrative themes
- Build and manage a lightweight content calendar that balances consistency with creativity
- Track what’s working, what’s not, and pivot like a pro
- Occasionally star in your own content (we’re a startup—wear all the hats)
Who You Are
- You’ve built or contributed to a video-led social presence—either as a brand or creator
- You know how to craft a hook, pick a soundtrack, and nail the pacing
- You can shoot with your phone, edit with your laptop, and publish from anywhere
- You’re endlessly curious about what makes people click—and what makes them care
- You’re not allergic to B2B, but you’d like to make it 10x less boring
- You’re comfortable collaborating with others, but don’t need a green light to get started
- You care about helping small businesses grow and believe hiring deserves better storytelling
