A candidate is a unique person who completes at least one screening step in your account. Resume uploads that aren't reviewed don't count. Re-applications from the same person within 90 days don't double-count. Self-Serve includes 150 candidates per month.
We'll let you know when you're approaching the limit. You can either stay on Self-Serve and roll into the next month, or move to a Custom plan with a candidate volume that fits how you actually hire. We don't auto-charge overage fees.
No. Self-Serve includes unlimited team members at $149/month. Add your whole hiring team, your hiring managers, and any cross-functional reviewers without changing your bill.
No. Monthly Self-Serve is month-to-month. You can cancel any time, and we don't charge a cancellation fee. Annual billing saves 33% but isn't required.
Yes. You can switch billing cadence from your account settings. We'll prorate the change so you only pay the difference for the time remaining on your current period.
