The more we asked it, the deeper we had to dig. Because “good” isn’t a skills matrix. It’s chemistry. Curiosity. Alignment. A candidate’s je ne sais quoi: the thing no bullet-pointed résumé will ever capture.
We’ve hired at scale. We’ve built teams that moved mountains. We’ve watched incredible candidates get buried under keyword filters and ghosted in backlogged inboxes. We knew there had to be a better way.
And then AI happened.
