How long does setup take?

Truffle is a plug-and-play AI screening platform. Most teams go live in under 15 minutes. No IT needed. It’s built for simplicity and speed, even if you're new to video interview software.

Do I need an ATS to use Truffle?

Not at all. Truffle was built so you don't need one. You get a unique link for each position that you can share however you want — email, job boards, your careers page, text message. If you do have an ATS, Truffle integrates with several platforms.

What happens after the trial ends?

You’ll choose a plan to continue. All your data stays intact—nothing is lost or reset.

Is there a limit on team members who can access Truffle?

No. We don't restrict the number of team members on any plan. Everyone can have their own login. We try not to nickel and dime — if your team needs access, they get access.

Do you offer onboarding or training?

Yes. We're happy to walk you and your team through the platform on a live call. That said, Truffle is straightforward enough that most teams are self-sufficient after a few minutes. If you have a team spread across locations or time zones, we can accommodate multiple sessions.
