Create a Zapier key in Truffle
In Truffle, open Settings → Integrations & API, find Zapier on the Integrations tab and choose Set up, then Create Zapier Key. Truffle copies the key and opens Zapier. It needs a paid Truffle plan and the Owner or Admin role.

Add Truffle as a Zap trigger
In Zapier, choose Truffle (API Key) and paste your key. Pick the trigger "Interview Completed" to act when a candidate finishes, or the action "Invite Candidate" to push a candidate into Truffle.

Common questions about Zapier + Truffle
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Most Truffle Zaps work on Zapier's free plan. Multi-step Zaps (with conditional logic or filters) need a Zapier paid plan.
What Truffle events can trigger a Zap?
One trigger: Interview Completed, when a candidate finishes their interview. Truffle's spreadsheet recipe on the Zapier page lists it as Screening Completed.
Can I write data INTO Truffle from a Zap?
Yes. The Invite Candidate action pushes a candidate into Truffle, so you can send screenings from your ATS, a Typeform submission, or any Zapier source.
