How much does a Truffle partner earn?
25% of the net revenue Truffle collects from each customer you refer, for that customer's first 12 months of paid subscription. Net revenue is what we actually receive after refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and taxes. On an annual Core plan that is $297 per referred customer.

How long does attribution last?
90 days from the click, last touch. If someone clicks your link and starts a Truffle account within 90 days, they're your referral. Trials count once they convert to a paid plan. Existing customers and accounts created before the click are not eligible.

When and how do partners get paid?
Monthly, once your approved balance reaches $50. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment, which covers the refund window. Payouts go by PayPal or bank transfer. Balances under $50 carry forward and don't expire while you're in the program.

Who is the program for?
People small businesses already trust with hiring: fractional HR and HR consultants, business and operations consultants, franchise networks and multi-unit operators, and creators who cover hiring or small business. If you run a staffing agency, you're a customer rather than an affiliate: use Truffle on your own book, and refer only the clients who'd rather run screening themselves than pay a fee.

Do I get a discount code to share?
No. Truffle doesn't issue affiliate coupon codes, and coupon or deal-site traffic is against the program terms. Your referral link is the only mechanism. That keeps referrals honest and keeps your recommendation from looking like an ad.

Can I run ads for Truffle?
Not on our brand. Bidding on "Truffle", "hiretruffle", misspellings, or brand-plus-modifier terms ends the partnership. Ads on your own brand or on generic hiring terms that send people to your own content are fine, as long as your commission disclosure is clear.

Is there a fee or a minimum to join?
No fee, no quota, no minimum volume. Apply, get your link, and refer when it makes sense. Publications, review sites, and analysts are welcome, with the commission disclosed. We may decline applications from competitors or from anyone whose traffic source breaks the rules.
