  • Responsibilities

  • Mix and serve drinks to patrons, following standard recipes and adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Create new and innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and attract a diverse clientele.
  • Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
  • Monitor customer behavior and consumption levels, taking appropriate action to prevent over-serving.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to bar patrons.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about bar policies and promotions.
