Does Workable score video interviews?
No. Video answers are rated by your team, in thumbs, stars or numbers. Workable's AI scoring covers resumes, through the Workable Agent, which runs on AI credits and works in English only.
Does the AI decide who moves forward?
No. It transcribes, summarizes and scores against your criteria, with the reasoning shown. It never auto-rejects anyone.
When am I charged a credit?
Only when a screening gives you a result: a resume scored, an assessment completed or an interview submitted. Candidates who don't finish cost nothing.
