Requirements

    • Responsibilities

  • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for incoming guests.
  • Assist servers by replenishing beverages and delivering food items to tables as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms, throughout service hours.
  • Organize and stock service stations with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Perform side work duties such as sorting and polishing silverware, folding napkins, and setting up dining spaces.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
  • Provide assistance in large group events by setting up tables and helping with service as directed by management.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in the dining area to management for prompt resolution.
