Does Truffle integrate with my ATS?
Four different conversations in two weeks asked about five different tools: Teamtailor, Ashby, Paychex, Indeed, Glassdoor. Ashby now connects natively. The other four don't, and here's what actually reaches them.

Four different conversations with Truffle asked a version of the same question in the same two weeks, and no two of them named the same tool. One wanted Teamtailor. One wanted Paychex. Two wanted Indeed and Glassdoor. One prospect had already started wiring up an integration with Ashby before ever asking whether Truffle officially supported it.
Only one of those five, Ashby, has a native Truffle integration, and it landed after these conversations happened. That’s the honest answer, and it’s worth having before you read another paragraph. But “not on the list” and “won’t connect” turned out to be two different things once we walked through each one, for the same reason we found answering this exact question for Indeed a couple weeks earlier: the plug people picture is rarely the plug the job actually needs.

What Truffle actually connects to today
Truffle’s native ATS Connection supports seven platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, BambooHR, JazzHR, Breezy HR, and Recruitee. Ashby sits alongside them with its own dedicated connection, added in July 2026. That’s the whole list, and it overlaps with most of the ATS platforms small businesses actually run. If your tool isn’t one of those, it’s genuinely not a native, one-click connection, and no amount of clicking around the settings page will find one.
But native ATS Connection is one route into Truffle, not the only one. Three more general-purpose connectors sit alongside it: Zapier, which reaches thousands of apps by acting as middleware between the two systems; a REST API with read, write, and admin permission levels for custom builds; and webhooks that fire on events like a completed screening or a status change, so your own systems can react without anyone checking Truffle by hand.
That distinction matters more than it sounds like it should. A platform’s absence from the native list tells you nobody’s built it a dedicated connector yet. It doesn’t tell you whether the two systems can talk to each other at all, and for three of the five tools people keep asking about, they usually can.
Teamtailor and Paychex: the ATS route
These two get asked about for different reasons, but the honest answer starts the same place: neither is on the native list, so a pre-built sync isn’t what’s on offer. Ashby, which used to belong in this section, has since moved out of it.
Teamtailor
Teamtailor is a modern ATS, and like most modern SaaS platforms it maintains its own app listings for automation tools. If Teamtailor shows up in your Zapier account’s app directory, Truffle’s Zapier integration can move candidates in and push status updates back out, the same two actions (Invite Candidate and Interview Completed) that cover the native connections. If you’d rather have it built in properly, Truffle’s Integrations Hub has a Request integration option specifically for cases like this.
Paychex
Paychex is the odd one out here, because it isn’t really an ATS in the way the other four are. It’s payroll and HR software that happens to include applicant tracking as a bundled feature, which means a fair number of small businesses end up with candidate data sitting in Paychex without ever having chosen it as their hiring system. For that setup, CSV Bulk Invite is usually the simpler move: export names and emails, upload the list, and let candidates re-apply through their Truffle Position Link rather than trying to force a payroll platform into an ATS-shaped integration it wasn’t built for.
Indeed and Glassdoor: a job board is not an ATS
The other two questions weren’t really ATS questions at all. Indeed and Glassdoor are job boards, places candidates find your posting, not systems built to hand candidate records to a third party. Truffle’s ATS Connection wouldn’t sync with them even if we built a native option, because there’s no ATS-shaped data exchange for it to plug into.

Glassdoor
Glassdoor’s employer tools work differently by account, so the honest answer is “check your posting settings before assuming either way.” If your Glassdoor job posting exposes an external application URL field the way Indeed’s does, the same fix applies: point it at your Truffle Position Link. If it doesn’t, CSV Bulk Invite covers anyone you’ve already collected through Glassdoor the same way it covers a Paychex export.
What to do when your tool isn’t on the list
None of the fixes above are permanent workarounds you’re stuck with forever. Truffle’s Integrations Hub lists every current connection by category (ATS, job boards, communication tools) and includes a Request integration action for exactly this situation. It’s how new native connections get prioritized, and it’s a better signal than an email to support.
In the meantime, it’s worth remembering that Truffle doesn’t require an ATS at all. Every position gets a standalone Position Link that handles resume upload, qualification questions, and a one-way interview if the role calls for one, whether or not anything else in your stack knows Truffle exists.
