Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or experience mentoring or training others.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort giving direction to team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities during a fast-paced shift.
  • Cash handling experience and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
  • Flexible availability including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dependable, accountable, and able to make decisions under pressure.

  • Supervise and support a team of sales associates and cashiers during assigned shifts.
  • Open or close the store following established procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
  • Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team members are productive throughout the shift.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism.
  • Monitor sales floor activity and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Process cash register reconciliation and prepare bank deposits as required.
  • Train new team members on store policies, POS systems, and customer service standards.
  • Communicate shift summaries and any issues to store management.
  • Enforce company policies on safety, loss prevention, and employee conduct.
